What size are the Feldenkrais MP3 files?
Most of the Feldenkrais Lessons in MP3 format are encoded at 128kbps which makes the files on average about 30MB in size. The longer a lesson, the larger the file. The Feldenkrais Lessons that are longer than 50 minutes in length, are encoded at 96kbps to keep the file size below 50MB.
